4. Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality of client information will be maintained. We will not disclose any information without prior consent.

6. In the event of project delays, both parties will communicate to agree on a revised schedule.

7. ART ENGINEERING is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Clients must notify us of any issues or discrepancies within ten days of service completion.
